Gwendolyn Cornwell, Esq.
Gwendolyn has experience in real estate law, including homeowners/condo-owners’ association disputes, boundary disputes, easements, adverse possession, and construction defect, as well as experience in patent and personal injury litigation.
At Gourley Law Group Gwendolyn’s focus is on litigation involving real estate law, particularly landlord-tenant, construction and contract disputes and boundary line issues.
Two of Gwendolyn’s four children are married and live in the area. Gwendolyn lives with her remaining two nearly grown children and a shepherd/husky pup named Doris who keeps them all on their toes.
