Michelle Durbin joined Gourley Law Group from Lynnwood where she practiced real estate law, estate planning, probate, and LLC formation for three years. She began her experience in real estate by first getting her Limited Practice Officer’s license in 2005 and went on to get her Real Estate Broker’s license in 2016. Michelle also has experience in criminal law after working for the Public Defender’s office from 2008 to 2013, when she decided to attend law school at Seattle University.At Gourley Law Group, Michelle provides real estate representation with overlap into estate planning and probate. She approaches the law with a client-centered focus, believing that her clients feeling heard and understood is the crux of a successful working relationship.
Michelle is a lifelong Washingtonian and when not working, you can find her out on the river or up on the mountain, as she loves rafting, hiking, and camping.
